<p>This 2 day film festival will highlight PLTX filmmakers and provide opportunities for up-and-coming artists to network and attend workshops that equip them with resources for any upcoming film project in Pearland.</p>

<p>A mystery thriller directed by Mark Pellington, starring Jeff Bridges, Tim Robins, and&nbsp;Joan Cusack, that was made here in Pearland!</p>

<p><strong>PLTX Location Scout Tour</strong></p>

<p>Spend the morning on a private location scout tour to discover the various film-frienldy locations and businesses across the City of Pearland.</p>

<p><strong>PLTX Short Film Schowcase</strong></p>

<p>Unwind in the evening by enjoying a selection of short films from the following categories: PLTX Student Short Film, Pearland&rsquo;s Best Short, Texas Short Film, Foreign Short Film.</p>

<p><strong>PLTX Film Student Grant</strong></p>

<p>At the end of the screening, Lone Star Capital Diamond Foundation will be awarding a $500 Film Grant to a 15-24 year old high school/college student to produce their next short film. Student must have submitted to the showcase.</p>
